Exhibition Information and Booking

General Information

1. ICICDT 2019 Exhibition will be held from 18 to 19 June 2019 at the Guanyuan Liusu Hotel Suzhou (Originally known as "Suzhou Jinling Guanyuan International Hotel" ) 苏州观园琉苏酒店（原名“苏州金陵观园国际酒店”）, the auditorium room 1st floor. The symposium will be held at the area opposite the exhibition. The tea-breaks for all symposium participants will be held at the function area in the exhibition hall.

2. The dates of the exhibition are:

3. The cost of a standard shell scheme booth (3m x 3m) for the exhibition period is ¥30,000 (Chinese Yuan: Thirty Thousand Only) and ¥20,000 (Chinese Yuan: Twenty Thousand Only) for the 2m x 2m standard shell scheme booth. Both rates include one complimentary room for one night at the Jinling Guanyuan International Hotel Suzhou, two complimentary registrations for the symposium from 18 to 19 June 2019. There will be a 10% discount for early registration with full payment before 18 January 2019. A copy each of the perspective views of both the standard shell scheme booths is enclosed. Both the standard shell scheme booths comprise:

• White laminated wall partitions with fire retardant infill c/w aluminum frames and poles
• Fascia board with company’s name and booth number in vinyl stickers
• Information desk
• White folding chair
• Wastepaper basket
• Fluorescent tube (40W)
• Single-phase power point (13amps/220V)

4. The Sponsorships (Platinum/Gold/Silver) registration is open from RMB45,000. Entitled for the free 2m x 2m standard shell scheme booth, publicity in ICICDT website, brochure & banners, one complimentary room for one night, additional complimentary registrations for the symposium and more.

For booking, please download the Call for Exhibitors document (click to down load) , fill in the Booking Form in second page and Email this form to the ICICDT 2019 Exhibition Co-chair exhibition@icicdt.net. Booths will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
